Painting the Ervay St. Mural

Residents of The Cedars neighborhood south of downtown Dallas turned out Saturday morning to paint a mural on the neglected S. Ervay St. underpass. It will eventually look like the Harwood St. underpass, seen in the last two photos here. Great work by folks that really care about their neighborhood.

  1. The plan is to paint all the underpasses and bridges leading into the Cedars. We want to show Dallas just how much we love our neighborhood. I have to say that this group of individuals have done so much for the area in such a short time frame, a little over a year, and should stand out as the example of what all citizens of Dallas could/should do to help make the city as a whole better for all that live there.
